All deadlines are at 23:59 AoE, all dates are in 2025.
- 19th May: Registration opens
- 30th June: Registration deadline for in-person participants
- 21th-25th July: Quantum Computing summer school 2025
Registration limits and cancellations
- Registration cancellations will be accommodated until the deadline of the 7th July, 2025 by writing to nuriya@squids.ch. Banking fees will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations made after the above deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Registration fees
- In-person student fee: 150 CHF
- In-person regular fee: 200 CHF (non-students)
- Extra guest for dinner: 60 CHF
- Online attendance: free for students, 20 CHF regular
The in-person fee covers: Lecture attendance, access to the online server, abundant coffee breaks, and two evening meals (the welcome reception on Monday and the school dinner on Wednesday).
You pay the fee immediately upon registration.
Payments are processed by Stripe (eg. credit card payment).
Student support
- This year we do not have budget for student support.
- Exception: UZH and ETH students may volunteer for helping out at the school in exchange for waiving the school fee. Typical tasks include sitting at the registration table, handling dinner logistics, helping participants find their way and troubleshooting during the school. We have room for 5 volunteers. If you are interested, email nuriya@squids.ch. Please mention your availability during the school week and the week before.
